As Fertile Edge Community Land Trust (FECLT) enters its fourth year of existence as a community group, we are excited to build upon the wealth of knowledge and relationships we have cultivated over the past three years to turn our unique vision of a community land trust focusing on regenerative agriculture, ecosystem health, and community resilience into reality.
This strategic plan summarizes FECLT’s goals over the next 1-3 years, focusing on increasing the critical financial resources necessary to build capacity and ensure future sustainability. The overarching goal is to acquire, manage and develop properties that provide equitable housing and land-based business opportunities. This approach provides a strong foundation for supporting community resilience and food security while promoting ecosystem health and regeneration.
